The "Atlantic Coast" Clause

Properties in our service area (from Brigantine to Wildwood) face unique challenges:

• Salt Air/Corrosion: We recommend specific materials to combat the accelerated wear caused by coastal environments.
• Sandy Soil: Buried lines are subject to shifting; our estimates account for these regional geological factors but are subject to change if excavation reveals unforeseen pipe stress.

Non-Binding Estimates

All price quotes are estimates until a licensed plumber has physically inspected the system. We do not honor quotes based solely on photos or video descriptions if the physical inspection reveals code violations or hidden damage.

Financing & Payments

All payments are due upon completion of service unless prior written arrangements have been made.
